The Rising-Gen Stewardship Program

A 12-month Transformational
Development Experience

Preparing the rising generation of ultra-high net
worth families to embody a boundless capacity of
stewardship, to preserve and progress generational
wealth and wellbeing.

OUR METHODOLOGY

IMMERSION

PERSONALIZATION

BELONGING

HONEST CHALLENGE

Families spend years preparing the transition plan. Few spend the same time and care preparing the person who will receive it. The Artios Rising-Gen Stewardship Program does exactly that. Through our well-considered program design, clients build the resilience, self-knowledge, and discernment required to hold what they inherit and help it flourish for generations to come.

PROGRAM DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS

  • Individual Private Coaching
  • Immersive Retreats

OUTCOMES OF THE PROGRAM

More Grounded in Yourself
Steadiness under pressure. Clear decisions made from your own values. Honest conversations with parents and siblings, and repair when they go wrong. Energy that lasts. A sense of self that belongs to you, not to a family role or the fortune attached to your name.

Less Burdened by the Weight
Reactivity, avoidance, and the quiet exhaustion of performing a role. Choices made from guilt, obligation, or fear of disappointing. The urge to spend it, give it away, or freeze in front of it. Carrying the weight of what's coming alone.

Fully Prepared to Steward
A steward, not just an heir. Someone who can receive what earlier generations built as a gift rather than a burden, and has the inner capacity to hold it, grow it, and pass on something greater than money. Wealth, in its oldest sense: well-being.

“As our family considered the future of our 130-year-old family business, we brought Chris in to help my generation prepare to take the reins from our parents. He helped us grow as leaders, communicate more openly as a family, and gain clarity as we navigated the complexities of succession.”

— Todd Dow
Fifth-Generation Owner, The Dow Company

“Chris has served as a consultant and moderator at several levels of our organization, from our multigenerational family council to our executive team and our Board of Directors. In each, he has brought empathy, trust, and humor into the room. His organization, listening skills, and ability to tease out the key issues make him a valuable asset to our business.”

Program Design & Leadership Development

At Artios, David helps shape the leadership journey and transformational experience of the program. He brings together leadership development, executive coaching, somatic awareness, and contemplative practice to create experiences that help leaders grow not only in what they can accomplish, but in who they are and how they lead.

David has spent more than 20 years working with leaders, organizations, and communities navigating growth, complexity, conflict, and significant transition. He is currently Director of Somatic Experiencing International and the creator of The Art of Collective Integration, a methodology for working with collective trauma and polarization through somatic and systems-based practices.

Across his work, David has designed and facilitated leadership retreats and transformational programs in more than 30 cities across the Americas and Europe. He is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, executive coach, and longtime student of contemplative and wisdom traditions.

At Artios, David is particularly interested in creating the conditions for people to slow down, see themselves and their lives more clearly, deepen their relationships, and translate insight into meaningful changes in how they live and lead.
